Disaster Recovery Plan

In the event of a disaster, a Third Party Vendor will recover Rocketserv’s Provider’s critical systems by delivering pre-configured hardware to a pre-determined location as early as 24-48 hours. This hardware will be pulled from their extensive inventory of tier-one laptops, desktops, Intel servers, midrange servers, networking equipment and peripherals and delivered to Rocketserv’s Provider.

With access to over 150 field support technicians from most major cities across the nation, Third Party Vendor will provide on-site expertise to assist in our recovery effort. At the time of disaster, Third Party Vendor support staff will aid in setup, networking, and asset management so we can focus on our clients.

In order to activate the recovery plan, Rocketserv’s Provider has access to a toll free hotline that is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
